Emily has more than a decade of experience designing and implementing tailored talent-based strategies to prospects who can deliver high quality service and successful outcomes. Her experience working for a financial services firm on a national scale allows her to understand the importance of onboarding, integration, talent development, and cultural fit. Emily is a graduate of Villanova University with a focus on interdisciplinary studies.
