Throughout his 30-year career in talent management and talent acquisition, he has worked with the largest and most sophisticated financial services providers in identifying and managing key talent. Matt’s extensive experience in both the asset management and legal industries positions him to support the identification and hiring of talent that empowers organizations to compete and grow in competitive markets. He is a graduate of Drexel University.
