Matthew graduated from Northwestern University with a degree in learning and organizational change. There, he developed marketing, analytical, and problem-solving skills at Form and Function, an award-winning, student-run marketing agency. With an academic focus on the intersection of business and psychology, Matthew conducted experimental research on consumer psychology and decision-making.
Before joining B+B, Matthew interned at a sports investment group, where he enhanced the exposure and revenue of international sports teams through marketing, organizational, and sponsorship initiatives.
