Miranda Ganguly brings to Baretz+Brunelle more than 15 years of experience in attorney talent acquisition across the Am Law 200 and beyond. She uses human intelligence, market data, and her extensive knowledge of the legal market to advise firms on pre-hire intelligence as well as partner and group acquisition strategies.
Miranda has served as a trusted advisor to Am Law 200 firms and boutiques nationwide in acquiring lateral talent for strategic roles. In addition to her expertise in individual partner movements, Miranda has engaged with law firm leaders to facilitate cross-Atlantic merger discussions.
Over her career, Miranda has worked closely with hundreds of partners, counsel, and associates in their most important career movements. She holds a deep understanding of the varied (and sometimes hidden) mechanics, pitfalls, and opportunities behind lateral moves, from the perspectives of both moving partners and law firms.
She previously served as a principal at Aspire Legal Search Group, a senior director of partner and group movements at Lateral Link, and in senior roles at other legal search firms. She holds a J.D. from St. Mary's University (Phi Delta Phi honors society; Law Review on Race and Social Justice) and a bachelor’s from Wichita State University (magna cum laude).
